Carl is a result driven Management Executive with a vast experience in Maintenance Engineering in varied production lines. Over the course of 14 years, he has dedicated himself to the engineering industry, serving in different capacities. From the humble beginnings in reputable institutions such as Ghana Textile Printing Company Limited and Volta River Authority as a Maintenance Technician, he rose through the ranks and become the Maintenance Engineer/Manager at the Tema Port. With strong management qualifications in strategic planning, project management, manufacturing production, scheduling and control, inventory management, materials management, warehousing and distribution, budgeting, human resources and capital improvement, it is a foregone conclusion that he has what it takes to manage any production line and also to serve as a check for all maintenance issues of heavy machinery.
